2023 Skyrunning Continental Championships
No less than four continents hosted the 2023 Skyrunning Continental Championships stretching across the globe from North & Central America, to South America, Europe and Asia from April to December.

2023 Youth Skyrunning World Championships
The annual Youth Skyrunning World Championships were introduced in 2016. The seventh edition took place in Italy at Gran Sasso on August 4-6, 2023. Four categories, Youth A (15-16), Youth B (17-18), Youth C (19-20) and U23 (21-23) competed for the 75 medals at stake and individual and combined titles.

2023 Masters Skyrunning World Championships
Introducing the first Masters Skyrunning World Championships, a competition dedicated to athletes over forty. The event took place in Italy at Royal Ultra SkyMarathon on July 30, 2023. Three categories, Over 40 (40 to 47 years), Over 48 (48 to 55 years), Over 56 (56 or more years) competed for the 21 medals at stake and individual titles.

2023 Skyrunning World Championships
The second edition of the ISF Stairclimbing World Championships was held on November 19, 2023 in the Abeno Harukas tower in Osaka, Japan. The Championships were open, so top runners and National Teams will battle together for the World titles and medals at stake.

2023 VK OPEN Championships
The VK OPEN Championships featured 14 races in ten countries stretching across two continents. All the races have two things in common: the ISF Certified Course Label and parameters that fit the VERTICAL discipline: 1,000m vertical climb over five kilometres. The VK OPEN Champion title and cash prizes were awarded to the winners at the Grand Finale.

2023 Skyrunner® World Series
The Skyrunner® World Series was launched in 2004 and has grown to represent the peak of outdoor running defined by altitude and technicality. The 2023 Series featured twelve races in four Continents culminating with the SkyMasters.
2023 Skyrunner® National Series
The Skyrunner® National Series is a promotional circuit derived from the Skyrunner® World Series organised on a national level. In 2023 the SNS were managed by the ISF through its Members. Benefits linked to the Skyrunner® World Series were available for SNS winners.
